Autumn

Joan Earnhart presents a series of four works comprised  of the entire 88 keys of a piano and some piano parts, each of these four works is dedicated to a  piece  of classical music.     

Music by Felix Mendelssohn.   “ Autumn Song Without Words”.  Autumn - Piano keys and extensions, tin ceiling molding from house torn down in Georgetown, DC, gold painted wooden balls, plaster casting mold, piano stool ball and claw foot, copper wire. The piece measures  72”h x 9.5”w x 4”d.
