Michael Robinson has found glass to be an appropriate medium to express the forms found in nature. Growing up in Newark, NJ, he learned the glass trade from his father who worked as a neon light master. Glass became a second language to him from early in his life. He found it an effective medium to express forms found in nature. Robinson won Best of Show in 2012 at the Fifth Avenue Art Gallery's Pure Florida juried show in Eau Gallie, FL. He has owned galleries both on the Jersey shore and in the Florida Keys
