A Two Month Dual Special Exhibit
Featuring work by abstract expressionist Barbara Krupp and photographer/assemblagist Paul Solovay. The show will run from Dec 1, 2023 through Jan 26, 2024, with three receptions: A Special Opening Reception on Thursday November 30, 5-8pm, also Friday Dec. 1 5-8pm and Friday Jan 5, 5-8pm.
November Show
Gallery 14 is happy to present a side by side exhibit of work by ceramicist Jim Cohoe and painter Joshua McMiller. Entitled Nuts to Garden Vases: Clay Creations by Jim Cohoe AND Nature's Conscience: An Artistic Journey – Paintings by Joshua McMiller, this colorful and diverse dual exhibit will run November 1 – November 24, with a special opening reception on Thursday Nov 2 from 5-8pm sponsored by Panacea Eye Center, and another reception as part of the First Friday Gallery Stroll on Friday Nov 3 from 5-8pm. All are invited.
Gallery 14 Welcomes Two New Artist-Owners, Jessica Leto and Evan Schwarze
To open their 16th season Gallery 14 is happy to introduce two new owner-artists, Jessica Leto and Evan Schwarze. Their works will be given a special expanded exibit in two shows entitled: Color Confessions: Abstracts by Jessica Leto, and Light and Leisure: Impressionism by Evan Schwarze. These exhibits will run concurrently from Tuesday Oct 3 to Friday Oct 27, with an opening reception on Friday Oct 6 from 5-8pm as part of the First Friday Gallery Stroll. All are invited.
Gallery 14 Presents “CRYSTAL JUBILEE 15th Anniversary Celebration” Summer of 2023 Juried Exhibit
In continuation of our celebratory15th Anniversary Season, Gallery 14 is happy to present a special four month summer show entitled: CRYSTAL JUBILEE INVITATIONAL: A Special Anniversary Celebration. This show, which will run from June 1st through September 2nd, will have four receptions: June 2, July 7, August 4 and September 1, all in tandem with the summer First Friday Gallery Strolls. Gallery 14 delights in bringing you this highly competitive juried summer exhibit, featuring work by artists near and far who have been inspired to creatively interpret the Crystal Jubilee theme.
“Moments in Time: Observations in Oil by Iris Beate”
Iris Beate captures the lives of people, painting vignettes that reflect a moment in time. Her work reflects the essence of a particular place or environment where human interaction occurs, whether on the water, the beach, or in the city. Her travels have allowed her to freeze instances from around the world. May 2nd to May 26th , with an opening reception on Friday May 5th from 5-8pm as part of the First Friday Gallery Stroll. All are invited.
