Florida Fresh: Pop Paintings by Horacio Lertora and Melissa Mastrangelo
As we celebrate 15 years in the downtown, historic Arts District, Gallery 14 is excited to welcome the new Season in November 2022, with the return of the ever popular husband and wife team Melissa Mastrangelo and Horacio Lertora. The duo who have continually brought smiles to the faces of fans and collectors from near and far, like to say that they are spouses sharing the same canvas in life and art. Celebrating 15 Years in the Arts District!
Gallery 14 is excited to 'kick off' the celebration of our 15th anniversary season with two familiar faces at the Gallery: Susan Davis Abello and Shelley Weltman. This bright and colorful show will run from October 4 - 28. There will be a reception to meet the artists on Friday October 7 from 5 - 8pm, as part of the First Friday Gallery Stroll.
Summer Squared II
The exhibit and sale will run June 2 - September 2nd. There will be four First Friday Receptions: June 3, July 1, August 5 and September 2. All will coincide with the First Friday Gallery Stroll from 5-8pm. It should be noted, that the Gallery will be open in June and July with special reduced Summer Hours: Thursday and Friday from 11am-4pm and Saturday from 11am-3pm. Closed Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Open all the First Fridays, and by appointment throughout the summer.
Retrospective: Work by Viola Pace Knudsen
Gallery 14 is excited to present a very special retrospective of the work of Viola Pace Knudsen, who has been a popular represented artist at Gallery 14 since its inception. This greatly expanded showing of her work, will celebrate her pine needle sculptures and will feature a selection of her acrylic paintings as well. The exhibit, will run from May 3-27.
Southern Lignt: The Masterful Imagery of Reed Dixon
The show will run from March 29 – April 29, with a reception on Friday April 1st, 5-8pm, as part of the First Friday Gallery Stroll. Reed lives and works as a fine artist in Boynton Beach, FL. A native of Pittsburgh, PA, he studied graphic design and fine arts at the Art Institute of Pittsburgh. Besides working as an illustrator for Hallmark Cards, while continuing to paint he spent many years in the advertising business, opening Dixon Graphics in 1977.
